Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

All financial transactions on the atp555 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fee is applied; your account balance always reflects the exact Taka amount deposited, wagered, and won — without exchange-rate adjustments or hidden deductions.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard and may be updated periodically. Limits are applied per transaction and may also be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly caps depending on your payment method and account verification status.

Withdrawal Processing

Bonus and Promotions Policy

Wagering Requirements

Technical Malfunctions

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on atp555 — including cricket matches (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral fixtures), football, kabaddi, and American Football — are subject to the sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. Bets are void in the event of match abandonment unless the specific market rules state otherwise. Game Provider Rules

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

atp555 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that undermines the integrity, fairness, or security of the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresenting your identity or location.
• Money Laundering: Using the atp555 platform as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. atp555 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transaction patterns.

• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a software bug, pricing error, system glitch, or data feed anomaly to place bets with a guaranteed or near-guaranteed positive outcome. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be forfeited.

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play on atp555 while under the age of 18, or facilitating underage access to the platform.

Investigations and Evidence

atp555 monitors all account activity using automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. If your account is flagged for investigation, atp555 may temporarily suspend withdrawals, request additional identity documentation, or place your account in a restricted state while the investigation is conducted. atp555 will not disclose the specific parameters of its fraud detection systems. Players under investigation are not entitled to withdraw funds until the investigation is concluded.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

atp555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• A player's own self-exclusion request, submitted through the account dashboard or via support.
• atp555's commercial decision to cease offering services to players in a specific region.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring the account to be closed or funds to be withheld.

Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your atp555 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Where the closure is not related to a gambling problem, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard identity checks. Where a player requests closure citing concerns about their gambling behaviour, atp555 will treat the request as a responsible gaming self-exclusion and apply the associated safeguards in addition to processing the account closure.

Effect of Closure on Bonuses

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by atp555 — any pending bonus balances, free bet credits, or promotion offers that have not been converted to withdrawable funds will be cancelled and forfeited. Only verified real-money balances that meet the platform's minimum withdrawal threshold and are not subject to an active investigation will be returned to the account holder.

Dormant Accounts

An atp555 account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months and the account carries a positive balance. atp555 will attempt to contact the registered email address on file before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee to the remaining balance. The fee schedule applicable to dormant accounts is available upon request from the support team. Disputes Regarding Closure

During the dispute process, the account closure or suspension will remain in effect unless atp555 determines at its sole discretion that a temporary reversal is warranted for investigation purposes.
